                                            From time to time, we update our preferred wedding supplier list. 
This a white list but recently we have decided to compile a black list. While a lot of our competitors won’t do that but we have seen the quality has dropped so much that alarms us. 
Not only the supplier has no idea how to talk to our clients nicely, they are mostly rude, uncooperative and they think they are superior. Also, when asking them for price list, menu and also a few things about booking. They show no enthusiasm and even at times give us an angry face. Is this the way to serve?
