From time to time, we update our preferred wedding supplier list.

This a white list but recently we have decided to compile a black list. While a lot of our competitors won’t do that but we have seen the quality has dropped so much that alarms us.

Not only the supplier has no idea how to talk to our clients nicely, they are mostly rude, uncooperative and they think they are superior. Also, when asking them for price list, menu and also a few things about booking. They show no enthusiasm and even at times give us an angry face. Is this the way to serve? As they don’t have servant heart, we definitely don’t want to get into trouble recommending these lousy suppliers.

Hope everyone has a good summer holiday. We are grateful that we have been granted special privileges by Macau Government Tourism Office. If you choose to use us as your wedding planner and host your wedding banquet at Macau, we can offer some special privileges.

For the above privileges, minimum 50 people needed to attend the wedding banquet. Wedding banquets can be hosted at a variety of 5 stars hotels at Macau. Our partner Travel Agency will help with all travel arrangements.

To avoid misundererstanding, the official wedding ceremony will be conducted in Hong Kong.

However, if anyone who has faced this issue with PS Wedding, we have discussed with our decorator supplier, if you can provide the contract, our decorator supplier will take a look and if possible our decorator can provide a solution and may be a discount.

DHL and HK Post have both refused to accept courier to USA that amount to USD800. This is due to US tariff in play.

Although our documents to the US only amounts to USD200, we will check this space and update whether our service will be affected accordingly. However, we will probably start impose a tariff surcharge soon.

Increasing, we see that there may be some scammers trying to portray that they are our agents. They will take your fee and disappear. To avoid being scammed, you should contact us directly. You may want to use agent but what’s the point of having 2 sets of agents helping you? Too many chefs spoil the broth as the saying go.
Also, we disclaim any liabilities in which you incur while using these scammer agents. So don’t get scammed.

We may be referred by various online magazines due to their recognition of our service but again, these online magazines don’t take any orders on our behalf. So don’t place your order there. We have no way to know that you have placed an order there. So best you contact us direct too.

Currently HK is still largely a free port (ie no custom duties). So it’s probably best time to take up this amazing advantage when everything you get in the US is probably costing you double.
