🎉🎉【香港學生打破首爾社區廚房單日紀錄】
我們的首爾社區廚房項目，在剛過去的復活節假期迎來了一項新的紀錄。
來自香港的20位中學師生，在為期7天的義工遊學團中，在當地參與了3項不同的義工活動，其中一項活動是到訪當地的社區廚房，協助組織為當地有需要社區人士提供午膳服務。學生們參與了從預備食材、協助烹調、列隊送飯、膳後清潔及打掃等不同崗位的工作，相信對於平日學業繁重的香港學生們，可能這天已打破了往日在香港做家務工作的時數。
然而，這次我們的中學生代表，不僅打破自己的紀錄，他們在當日充分投入的表現，配合並協助工作人員備餐共5️⃣7️⃣0️⃣份午飯，刷新了社區廚房單日午飯備餐的新紀錄，該廚房自運作以來平均每天的午餐數目只約400份，當地工作人員驚訝我們香港學生的協作能力與高度參與，負責人特別委託我們感謝是次師生們的努力付出，也希望是次活動能帶給他們一次難得的體驗，以及啟發他們思考香港社區與當地的差異。
🎉🎉【Hong Kong Students Broke the Single-Day Record of Seoul Community Kitchen】
Our Seoul Community Kitchen project set a new record during the Easter holidays.
Twenty secondary school students and teachers from Hong Kong participated in three different volunteer activities during the 7-day volunteer & study tour, one of which was a visit to a local community kitchen to help organise a lunch service for the local community in need. The students were involved in different positions from preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking, queuing up to serving the meal, cleaning and sweeping up after the meal, etc. We believe that Hong Kong students who are busy with their studies, this day might have broken the previous hours of doing housework in Hong Kong.
However, our secondary school students not only broke their own records, they were fully engaged in the performance of the day, co-operation and assisted the staff to prepare a total of 5️⃣7️⃣0️⃣ lunches, set a new record for the community kitchen lunch preparation in a single day, the average number of lunches per day since the operation of the kitchen is only about 400, the local staff amazed at the ability to co-operate with the high level of participation of our students, the person in charge of the kitchen in particular thank the teachers and students for their contributions and hope that this activity will bring them a rare experience and inspire them to think about the differences between the Hong Kong community and the local community in Seoul.
