Grandma soup is one of my favourite Vietnamese soup filled with crab paste, fresh shrimps, aromatic herbs, incredible flavours taught by my mother. This soup was my number 1 seller at my restaurant and my children’s favourite. They often come home begging me to make this soup for them and now they have also learnt to prepare this delicious dish. This will carry onto the next generation
