As a caterer who has long been serving Kamayan feasts across the city, it was a no-brainer for chef Siony to come down and educate and feed the students on Filipino traditions, culture and recipes stemming from her own life experience.

The students have never heard of the Kamayan Feast before, and with chef Sionyโ€™s showcase, they have opened their hearts and minds to traditional Filipino cuisine and culture, much to their paletteโ€™s content!
