It really is a matter of perspective. Having lived and experienced Egypt and the Middle East for more than two decades while extensively traveling throughout the Mediterranean, we can't say for certain where our roots are. What we do know is that our collective experiences combine to create an authentic environment which draws heavily from our great central sea, Mare Nostrum, the Mediterranean.
