Choir Ogre performs Es Gulu, Gulu (I Lie Asleep) a Latvian Folksong arranged by Arijs Skepasts. The choir got highly commended and scored a fantastic 94.0 from adjudicators on category Folklore. Congratulations —a thrilling performance!!! 👏

Sutartines (from the word sutarti - to be in concordance) is a form of polyphonic music performed by female singers in north-east Lithuania that included in the list of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Lithuania. This work develops a traditional Lithuanian sutartine: "Užaugo liepa", a story about a linden tree and women's dreams.
