A year before the wedding, they met again during a site inspection on the breathtaking Hvar Island, where the vision for Rachel and Ryan’s dream wedding truly came to life. 💍✨

Christmas Cookie
🎄Christmas is the perfect time to celebrate love and togetherness, and what better way to do that than by baking delicious cookies together? These "Christmas Love Cookies" are not just sweet treats; they represent the joy of creating special moments with your loved one. Enjoy the warmth of your kitchen and the delightful aroma of freshly baked cookies as you share this festive activity. They are sweetest when made and shared with love!
✨Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Zest of 1 lemon or orange (optional)
For decoration: Melted chocolate, sprinkles, or powdered sugar
✨Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or chocolate chips and the citrus zest.
Shape the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
Decorate as desired! Drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with colorful decorations or dust with powdered sugar.
