Quality or Value ?There's no right or wrong here. Everyone's circumstances are different That's why there are differences in each and every individual catering and baker and the level of service and product they provide.You may choose a caterer who spends an hour or two prepping and creating your set up and in turn charges less. That's a value set up and there is definitely a massive market for this.It's all about what you attach your priorities to. And we all attach priority to different things.I'm definitely not a value caterer. I do not and will not use low grade produces to keep the cost down. I don't do numerous jobs per day where l'm rushing from one to the next. I take my time, ensuring that every graze done properly, I genuinely wouldn't sleep at night walking away from a set up that I hadn't put 110% into.
