The alpine strawberry fields in Bali's mountainous Bedugul region are ripe for picking! Bali's local strawberries shine in our delicate mini mille-feuille canape. Mille-feuille is a classic French pastry, the name means literally "a thousand sheets", because of the many layers of crisp buttery puff pastry. The classic recipe uses custard, but we infuse our pastry cream with strawberries for a Balinese mountain twist. We're very proud of this one!

Ceviche is a popular South American dish where diced raw fish are marinated in a lemon or lime juice mixture, the reaction of the citrus juices cures the fish protein causing it to be cooked in a unique way called denaturing which also allows it to absorb all the flavours.

Have you ever wondered when the best time to serve canapés is?
Here are a few suggestions of when to serve at three types of events:⁣

💍Weddings- at the drinks reception, held after the ceremony and before the wedding banquet. Drinks receptions are most commonly an hour and a half so this is the perfect time to enjoy a canapé (or two) with a celebratory glass of bubbles.⁣

🎉Parties- throughout the party. However, if the party includes a meal then canapés can be served pre-dinner alongside cocktails.⁣
