โRia and the LWI team is absolutely amazing! I contacted Ria only 3 months before my wedding day and despite such a short notice Ria and her team made sure everything was perfect and beyond our imagination!
We did a technical meeting where we got to meet all our vendors which was so professional and it was so great to meet everyone who were involved in the wedding. Another great thing was LWI provided assistants for the bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen and our parents. The assistants helped us full time for our 2 day event and made sure to help us with anything that we needed.
I cannot recommend LWI enough! If anyone is planning to have a wedding in Bali, definitely go to LWI as you can blindly trust them to make your fairytale wedding come true!

โWe planned a wedding through them during COVID and were worried we wouldnโt be able to even have our wedding. Ria was highly communicative throughout the whole process and making sure we knew the ever changing processes with Baliโs travel restrictions. Even one month before the processes were changing and Ria was clear on what was happening. This made planning a destination wedding (weโre in the US) for 50 people where we never even visited the venue or tested the vendors much more manageable.
The result was what most of our wedding guests called the best wedding that theyโve ever been to. Ria and team more than knocked it out of the park. From the venue, the service, the catering, photographers, everything just worked seamlessly and smoothly. The food from Bali Miracle was the best wedding food weโve and most of our guests ever had. The fire dancers were amazing and Ria had made the call to pick a new vendor that blew our guests minds. People might have been dancing on the tables if not for the ornate decor that Ria had helped us set up. The cake was also extremely intricate as well. Ria even helped my wife arrange activities the day before and after the wedding.
We joke but we might have to do this again every 10 years for vow renewals because it was the experience of a lifetime.โ

Ria and her team are simply incredible. My husband and I were planning our wedding during COVID from the United States. Due to the quarantine requirements and our work schedules, we were unable to go to Bali prior to the wedding itself. So we were just hoping and praying that things actually would turn out to be what they looked like online as well as placing a lot of trust into Ria and her suggested vendors. I loved every single one of our vendors, they were fantastic to work with. Ria knew what kind of vibe we were going for and suggested appropriate vendors that would help make our wedding more us -- she even found us non-traditional fire dancers and we LOVED THEM. Also I jumped into the pool at the end of the night and my make up was still flawless. Just speaks to the amazing vendors Ria has connections with.
Ria was immensely attentive. Every single question I had, she would always respond in a timely fashion. Every request I had, she would take into account. I sent her photos of what I wanted from the ceremony and my wedding cake and she delivered exactly what I sent her, no questions asked. Our wedding was beyond our wildest imaginations! When I chat with our friends who got married in the states, they were surprised by how attentive and responsive Ria and her team were to each of our requests. Every time I asked for a meeting, she was happy to schedule one to answer my plethora of questions.
Lastly, I'm sad that I won't be able to work with Ria anymore. ): After a year and a half of constant calls, texts, and finally an in person meeting, Ria became like my wedding confidant and friend! I'm sad we cannot work on more elaborate events together as my wedding is over. If there is a wedding planner I would pick over and over again, it would be LWI. I secretly hope that one of my friends get married in Bali, so I can re-live the moments as a wedding guest. If they do, I'm 1000000% recommending Ria and her LWI team.โ

The perfect father daughter dance in the beautifully decorated Apurva Kempinski Candi ballroom. Glowing chandeliers, professional lighting, white orchids encircled by babyโs breath.
The Ballroom can easily handle up to 300 guests - the perfect solution for clients wanting a classical dinner reception.
This wedding was postponed for nearly two and a half years due to the situation. Definitely, definitely worth the wait.

Anyone brave enough to schedule their wedding in Bali during rainy season needs a backup plan - and thereโs nothing better than a gigantic PVC marquee.
A marquee provides lots of benefits; the decorator can go to town and hang chandeliers, flowers, foliage, fancy light bulbs and basically anything that they think will create the right environment.
Our couple here wanted to keep it relatively simple and all the better for it. Various shades of pink, hints of white and gold both adorning the ceiling, the flooring and the dining tables and chairs.

I bet youโve never seen anything like this in Bali! The wedding showpiece was a glasshouse big enough for 120 guests with plenty of space, built on top of a steel support structure on the beach and connected to the hotel with a custom built connecting bridge.ย In addition to that thereโs also a floating stage on Rafflesโs main swimming pool to accommodate the coupleโs ceremony area and later as a post ceremony cocktail venue.ย
The decoration was spectacular. Everyone from the make up artists to the photographers and videographers were so professional and helped produce an outstanding wedding. Everything looked a ย million dollars.ย
The gigantic glass house and its steel supports were built over 10 days by a team of over 50 crew and the power for the sound, lighting and air conditioning was supplied by 7 generators with a cable each over 700 meters long. This goes to show how much planning a true luxury wedding takes.ย

Wow!! There must be a lot of jealous Bride out there right now. Such a luxurious ceremony decor set up; large transparent floating stage above a pristine swimming pool, overshadowed by a bespoke built wedding archway covered in white roses and orchids with crystal candelabras on either side with floral bouquets.
All the guests seated in clear tiffany chairs enjoying the view of the beautiful couple and the stunning scenery and ocean view.

Some fantastic details here from our recent wedding at The Apurva Kempinski. We built a large tent on the front lawn so all the guests can enjoy beautiful decor with their dinner and a stunning view of the beach and ocean.
The couple got engaged on a ferris wheel and wanted to incorporate that idea into their decor.
As you can see from the other images in this post, the effect daylight, darkness and lighting has on the decor. We find the contrast very interesting - as the decorator was building the tent and arranging the decor there was a feeling of watching a fairground being built.

Our first big wedding since lockdown in October last year. The Apurva Kempinski in Nusa Dua is proving very popular; itโs still new, itโs a stylish hotel, it has a large and very impressive chapel located almost on the beach and the view from there is white sand and ocean. Stunning
The Apurva Chapel can easily handle weddings with up to 100 guests but at the moment only at half capacity.
All in all a fantastic solution for those seeking a modern chapel wedding in Bali with an unbeatable view of the sand and sea (whilst enjoying the air conditioning).
