✨ Comfort and Convenience: Indoor venues typically offer amenities such as restrooms, heater or air conditioning, and easy access to facilities�
✨ Extended Celebrations: Indoor venues often have fewer restrictions on noise and time, allowing you to extend your celebration into the late nite without worrying about noise ordinances or outdoor lighting limitations.

Those two reasons alone should give you good reason to consider indoor venues, along with outdoor ones.

Figuring out how to plan seating for your wedding reception can be stressful. There are a lot of strong opinions about assigned seating versus open seating!

So, do you have to have a seating chart for the wedding?

You might be wondering if a seating chart is even required. A good rule of thumb is, if there are over 75 guests or the reception features seated dining, a seating chart should definitely be used. But even if the wedding is smaller, a chart will make the event feel more organized.

Why is it important to have a seating chart at a wedding?

It is simply good event planning to arrange for guests in this situation to sit with people they either already know and like, or are likely to get along with, so they'll be more likely to sustain engaging dinner conversation.

Overwhelming as it can be, it's well worth it: It's a chance to tell your story, give guests a peek into what makes your relationship tick, and share meaningful words with the person you love.

Our advice is, always speak from the heart and be authentic.
Don’t say anything that you are not comfortable saying publicly, but also remember you will only do this once, with each other, so you don’t want to regret not saying the things you want to say.

If you're having your hair professionally done on your wedding day, a trial is a very good idea. It will give you a chance to get to know your hairstylist work out the details and timings for the day and play around with potential looks.
Slay your wedding hair trial with these tips ✨

🌸 Have your hair trimmed and highlighted or colored prior to your trial! Having your hair the same color as how it will be on your wedding day will give you the best idea of how the style will look!

🌸 Adding highlights or lowlights to your hair can make it hold better and add depth and dimension.

🌸 Wash & blow dry your hair the day prior. Before blow-drying, skip the conditioner and add a little mousse starting 2-3 inches away from the root to the ends if your hair doesn't hold curl well.

🌸 Have your makeup done similarly to how it will be on the wedding day. Wear a white top with a similar neckline to your dress! Bring any earrings, necklaces, or hair jewelry you may be wearing on the day to try on.
