Reminder to Overseas Exhibitors to please register your dogs as soon as possible by submitting the pet passport / vaccination certificate, rabies vaccination proof, Rabies Titre test, copy of passport handler/owner/exhibitors that travelling together with the dogs, and pedigree.

The official hotel for exhibitor is
"Mercure Convention Centre Ancol Hotel".
It is 4 star hotel.

Information for exhibitors regarding the dogs in the hotel:
The dogs will be kept in the meeting room in the Ground level of the hotel, where there will be kennel club staff that monitor the room 24 hours.

Each exhibitor will get their own booth or space for their dogs in that meeting room. It is not public area. Each exhibitors or handler who wants to go to that meeting room will be monitored by the kennel club for the safety of all the dogs. The meeting room or ballroom for the dogs is Full Air Conditioner. The handler or exhibitors are able to go to that meeting room 24 hours. They can groom the dogs there. To bath the dogs we have prepare the place as well.

For the price of the hotel per night is 110 usd
Plus 8 dollar / night / dog

For International/Overseas Exhibitors
The entry fee is USD 300/dog, which includes:
1. Entry fee for 6 shows within 3 days
2. Quarantine and all documents related
3. Transportation airport to the hotel

Preparation and documents needed :
1. The rabies titre test (can be done in your country), however if it has not been done, it will be done upon your arrival and it takes 1-2 days for the result. So we strongly advise all exhibitors to do this in your own country.

2. Rabies vaccine. At least 1 month before the show and not more than 1 year before the show.

3. Pet passport

4. Passport of the exhibitors/handlers/owners that travelling together with the dog

5. Details of the dogs for dog show registration

All these 5 (five) items needs to be sent to us at least before 15th February 2016. As we are fully aware that the health certificate is valid only for 7 days, please do make the health certificate and bring along with you.

FCI Asia Pacific Section 2016 - Jakarta Indonesia

We welcome dogs Exhibitors, Owners and Handlers to participate in one of the biggest event in Asia in 2016.

There will be 6 All Breeds Show within 3 days show (18-20 March 2016), which consisted of:
- 3 times FCI International Shows (CACIB Show)
- 1 FCI Asia Pacific Show
- 1 Indonesian National All Breed CAC show
- 1 CAC All Breed show
