COOK n DINE Longford

Every week we meet up and I start to prepare the meal with everyone right in front of me in the kitchen. As we go on, questions are asked and answered from both sides, hints and tips are shared and a bit of banter and fun thrown in. As the evening moves on the food starts to come together, some tasting of flavours, finishing off, how to present and serve and on to the dining room. We dine and chat

about the food, families, work, and get to know a little about each other, then it,s dessert time. This is not a cookery class. It,s about people meeting up and enjoying food and socialising.in a relaxed atmosphere. Any food left in packed up for everyone to take home and share or lunch the next day.
