Class starts again this coming Wed Sept 11th at 7pm. Looking forward to seeing you all. Everyone is welcome.

The title for this year's program is Meditation - Exploring Everyday Wisdom.

Along with meditation we will also continue to look at important topics that impact our lives. Topics such as happiness and suffering, contentment, mind and heart and others.

Most importantly, we will also look at ways to bring the wisdom and understanding from all of this into our everyday lives.

I look forward to introducing my new co presenter Kay Farell.
