✨ MEET EMMA ✨

Emma has been a part of our team for a little over a year now and is a master at organising hen party itineraries! Emma has previously worked in the hotel industry in Galway and Athlone and even took part in a hotel grad programme after college so some of you may recognise her familiar face from the industry.

Emma is a keen basketballer and both plays and coaches in her spare time! She has spent this last summer in the USA working as a camp leader in Maine before returning to the hot seat here at TheHen.ie.

We are lucky to have her on our team and you will be lucky to get her on the phone if you are planning a hen party with us 🙌💛

Your reminder to book an activity;

We often hear "we don't want an activity" which is really common, but this is our advice:

•Activities act as ice breakers, friends get to mix with relations and other unfamiliar friends in the afternoon, making everyone comfortable with each other for the night ahead 👯‍♀️

•These days the choices are endless and can range from a brunch, to cocktail class to ziplining to perfume making. There is something for every bride! Pick something the bride will enjoy and we guarantee it will be the highlight of her weekend (we also hear this weekly)😊

•Get the party started (With a schedule) - activites usually are the starting point for the day and a great way to get the party started. Who doesn't love organised fun? Seriously, they are a great way to set the tone and build momentum for a night of dancing!

Let's face it .. you're either a themed hen kinda gal or not! Themes aren't for everyone, but these two are our favourite at the moment ✨️

The Last Disco and Last Rodeo show up every weekend on our hens, and we love them both, so why not combine them? 💿🤠💖

If you like a theme but are over the glitz and cowboy boots, then Ride or Bride might be your vibe? ☠️🖤 Think velvet, leather, and lace mixed with black sunglasses and veils? A gothic bride dream!

Some of our fabulous May groups 🩷

From Kinsale to Kilkenny, Galway to Cork and everywhere in between, May was certainly a busy month for the start of our summer hen's! We had bottomless brunches, CSI Save the groom, Paint N'Sips, Fascinator making & even some Axe throwing but to name a few - we love seeing a real mix of activities from group to group and we love hearing from you all once its over!
