Please share that we will be open from Monday the 10th of February all your support is greatly needed as I try to bring in much needed funds to cover all my bills (almost €6000) since i had my stroke in November i am still not able to physically do my job but i have wonderful friends from my years in the business to help me out .I will be selling lots of stock and doing lots of mystery bags in various values in order to bring in revenue ,as i have to pay full rent ,rates ,esb,eir,website etc. everything while i have been closed and i haven’t received €1 from social welfare or assistance from any other business platform , i shouldn’t have to stress about this while i recover but as self employed i am entitled to absolutely zero no illness benefits NOTHING!!! My wonderful friend Lyndsey set up a gofundms to help with my bills , so far it almost covers my rent bill and has helped immensely with my stress levels. I am beyond grateful to all who have supported me your kindness has touched my heart at a very difficult time much love Yvonne ❤️🌹

Many thanks to my lovely hairdresser & friend Lyndsey Cummins from lavishlockshairandbeautylounge for setting this up for my business to survive while I recover from suffering a severe stroke & to remove the pressure I am feeling to return to work just so i can pay my shop bills the reality is , if i was working for someone else i would be signed off working for at least 6 months but I am self employed and not entitled to a penny
As i am a natural giver i find this post very difficult but id like to have a business to return to.
Forever grateful for all the love & support i have received since early November

“Hi everyone, I wanted to share an update with you all. It’s been nine weeks since my stroke, and while I’m making good progress in my recovery, I’m not quite ready to return to work just yet. I want to reassure you that I’m doing everything I can to be back as soon as possible, especially as I’m paying full rent for the shop every week I’m off work. I really miss being in the shop and creating for you all, and I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and support—it means the world to me. Hi everyone a little update i had a stroke on Wednesday evening i am in the lucky group of survivors that got to hospital on time to get a clot busting drug to help reverse the damage im not fully aware of all the medical terminology etc but i have a rd to recovery ahead of me so for now my shop my pride and joy just has to remain closed and take a back seat for now i will need all your business support in time to come but for now i just need to recover Many Thanks Yvonne

A very personal proud moment my little brother Brian made an incredible discovery in the national library of a Bram stoker story Gibbet Hill. Yesterday the book was launched at an event hosted by in the pillar room at the Rotunda Hospital where Brian works all funds raised from the sale will go to the charlotte stoker fund .foundation a fund set up due to Brian’s personal story of sudden single sided hearing loss in 2021 read www.noisysilence.ie for full story.
