You probably heard about 'empty calories '.
They are empty as in they don't bring much more than just some energy to our body. Calories are macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins).

To unpack those calories, body needs energy, also uses some micronutrients(minerals and vitamins) and so if you don't provide those micronutrients (veggies, fruits), within your meals, then you might deprive your body of them. The consequences will be (sooner or later) lack of energy, being lazy, lower immune system, need more sleep to recover, etc.

So try to eat consistently rounded/ballanced meals, which consists of micro and macro nutrients. You will see that your energy level will get higher. Overall health will get better. There is a rule 80/20 meaning:
80% of your meals are clean/whole foods, 20% maybe processed foods, sweets etc.

Here is some recipe for delicious porridge:

Organic porridge(tesco)
Flax/chia seeds milled, mixed nuts,mixed dried fruits, cinnamon, cocoa powder, optional goji berries(or anything you like)that's all dry ingredients.
Mix everything together and keep it ready in the container.
Then for each portion you prepare
1 banana, any fresh berries you like, I use strawberry and blue berries. around 150ml milk, half cottage cheese.
So heat milk with dry ingredients,off the heat, add fresh fruits and cottage cheese - simple, quick and absolutely delicious!

Hey dear customer, its a long one🥵🤣

I would like to invite you for a Spudfeast treat, if you think that you looked after your diet this week😁.

If you think that your food habits weren't to good lately? Then I would like to invite you to make yourself a lovely salad😍 get yourself some organic/bio extra virgin olive oil, from organic shop in Birr, some rocket, organic smoked salmon(lidl) or there is very nice smoked salmon in tesco(blue pack 200g), cherry tomatoes, organic cucumber, spring onions, half avocado, boil few eggs(I like those from dispenser in five alley), organic lemons, some olives, sourdough bread again from organic shop or lidl, whatever bread you like (just not the toasting bread🫣)or skip it.
Put everything together,  squeeze in 🍋  juice, drizzle well with olive oil and crack some black pepper.

And it doesn't matter in the end if organic foods are really organic or maybe you think, that it's all corruption anyways, but at least you showed yourself some love, some self care, that you deserve best foods, and you're looking after yourself.

You can use those for breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper doesn't matter. I have it for my every day breakfast.

Let's make some good eating habits together guys, its so easy, just make sure you have always them ingredients in your fridge👌

Thank you to everyone that showed up this weekend at the food truck. I was very busy, and I couldn't pick some of your calls, on Friday, sorry about that. I'll make sure to have someone with me, and also have another deep fryer, so it will shorten the wait time.

Thank you to the Spudfeast team in Birr,  Eddie,  Marta and Wojtek, for this weekends service - well done!! we had some 10/10 feedbacks,  which is absolutely fantastic so thank you for that guys👌

Dear customers from Birr and surrounding areas!!

We will have now delivery option available for you, from Thursday to Sunday.
Delivery cost will be 3.00€ in Birr town and 3.50€ in crinkle.

Our prices on the menu for burgers/baps includes seasoned fries. So it's 13.50€ for a meal.

Most of our meats and sauces are prepared by us, beef burgers come from Dwyers victualler in Birr.

Since yesterday we started to use smoked polish sausages(kiełbasa) for our hot dogs, from Birr.

Paper menus are coming soon!

Hey guys!!

We have some striploin steaks available for this weekend, we will serve it with salad and chips sautéed onions and mushrooms or as a steak sandwich.

Btw we have a pretty good chef at Birr takeaway and he's also pretty good photographer - he'll look after our social media his name is Ed, good few of you guys knows him as he was living in Birr since he was 6yo.
