We were delighted, once again, to support a brilliant initiative by Blackrock Tidy Towns and the local community as we collected over 180 trees 🌲 today.
Well done to everyone involved and to Blackrock Haggardstown Community Centre for providing the car park for the event. 👏 👏

That's it, nearly 400 trees shredded, clean up nearly done. We're finished now, please, if you still have a tree, dispose of it yourself. Don't leave trees at the community centre . Thanks to Eilleen, Catherine, Louisa and Gerry for spending the day overseeing the work. Thanks to Andrew of AW Tree Services. Thanks to all who donated toward the cost of the event.

This year we will be collecting from Friday afternoon for shredding at Blackrock Haggardstown Community Centre on Saturday morning.

We are Leanne & Monique; both secondary school teachers from Louth.
We own and run Dundalk Study Academy full-time where we provide Junior & Leaving Cert grinds in all subjects, homework club, supervised study, revision courses, dyslexia workshops, primary to secondary workshops and study skills bootcamps. 🧠
Leanne teaches History and Monique teaches Maths. We are both State Examiners.👩‍🎓
We love to help students and parents where possible by creating free resources & informative posts on our social media accounts. 📲

Through our own teaching experience in schools, we noticed that some students struggled to reach their full potential when it came to organised and effective study, often leading to students not getting the results that they are well capable of achieving. We pride ourselves in our passion for teaching students techniques which will make their study lives easier. We also believe in the importance of creating a balance between study and social life for students. Both are as important. Our motto: "We build students for life, not just for exams.

At DSA we offer grinds in all subjects 1st-6th years, primary school grinds, homework club, after-school study, Saturday study, holiday study, revision courses and our famous study skills bootcamp to teach students HOW to study.

We will be online 24/7 over the coming months to help you guys (students and parents) with updates on the exam situation and whatever you may need; college/school related or non-school related. Just drop us a message if you need any help or want us to make an info post on any topic.
