🎉 Another new dessert 🎉 **drum roll** Salted Chocolate Hazelnut Tart. Filled with Callebaut's 54.5% chocolate and hazelnut ganache with roasted hazelnut praline and 33.6% milk chocolate decorations along with sprinkles of sea salt to balance out the sweetness and bitterness of the chocolate 🤤🤤

Presenting to you.... "The tale of the Lover's Meringue"

There once was a tale of two lovers. Homeo and Juuliet. They came from two families that were actually pretty chill with each other, but the only problem they had was that they had issues deciding where they would eat out at each year on Valentines day 😔💔
This problem caused many nights of frantic panic and anxiety between Homeo and Juuliet's families, so much so that it was causing tensions and hostility between the two jolly families.
One day, after another unfruitful search through inns and medieval diners a sexy and funny "ye old social media admin" appeared from the shadows and informed the two lovers of the mystical "Lover's Meringue" that could only be found in the magical and enchanted Lemon Tree Cafe.✨🍋👀
Legend had it that those who ate of this so called "Lovers Meringue" would find true, everlasting love AND a great Valentines day deal.💅💅💅
Homeo and Juuliet couldn't believe their ears and hurried off with their families to try "The Lover's Meringue".

And true to the hot and mysterious "ye old social media admin"'s word their love grew ever stronger and they got the deal of their lifetime 😩💞💰(granted it was quite a short lifetime seeing as those two wee jesters still somehow managed to kill themselves even in the Lemon Tree universe 🥴).

Since then, in honor of Homeo and Juuliet's u̶n̶d̶y̶i̶n̶g̶ love for one another people travelled to the Lemon Tree Cafe from far and wide and it is now an annual tradition to eat a Lover's Meringue every Valentines Day! :)💝🍰
