This was an interesting watch!

UK-based funeral directors struggling to survive financially are the subject of this 'business makeover show'. Of course, all of these shows only reveal how they helped the business and not any of the negative impacts (if any) but I found it an interesting watch all the same. Not all of her advice was amazing OR suited to the funeral profession but some of the suggestions were on point and I did laugh when they met with the wedding planner!!! (For 16 years I have been waving that flag (and the celebrant one) and STILL, it is new information to some, blows my mind!) hashtag hashtag
