We would like to say a HUGE thank you to all our customers, we strive everyday to make sure everyone has a positive experience when booking with us. We appreciate every occasion is an important one, and we really try to make it as stress free as we can.

As it is May, we are in the thick of our busiest season of the year. Our dedicated workers are tirelessly working around the clock between deliveries and answering calls to make sure everything goes smoothly. In saying this, we are working late into the evenings sometimes past nightfall.

If we have a delay in a garden it has a knock on effect so we ask everyone to help us along by arranging access to the garden and to power. This helps ensure we have no delays or issues. We work very hard to have all weekend bookings delivered by 12noon on Saturday.

We would like to remind our customers that things can happen and we work very hard to make sure these issues don’t crop up. We would like to remind everyone to please respect our staff. We know your occasion is very important to you, as it is us, and we resolve any small issues as quickly as we can. If there is an issue, please let us know as soon as you can and we can get this resolved. Outside of office hours, we ask you to text us on 087 6764279 and we will be in contact as quickly as we can, we have a dedicated team who will get your issue fixed as quickly as we can.
