Covid 19 Procedures
We want our customers to feel safe whilst visiting our shop
We have made this wee video to illustrate our new procedures
To ensure the health and safety of our customers we are asking you to please adhere to the following:
1) One Way System- ENTER ONLY through our front door and EXIT ONLY through the back door
2) Only 4 people permitted in the shop at any one time
3) Please pre-order your helium balloons either by phone 074 9373011 or pm on here. This will reduce your wait time in the shop
4) We know the kids love coming to choose their sweets, so we dont want to have to ask them to stay at home, but we do ask that kids only come with an adult under strict supervision and not be allowed to wander around on their own
5) Please keep your 2 meters from other customers
6) Hand Sanitizer will be provided at the front door for use when entering
