Yesterday's wedding was beautiful π
The perfect ending for 2024 for me and my small business. What a wonderful job I have, to be a small part in someones love story. To see the joy when you deliver the flowers that they have planned so long for.
Now the time to plan for next year. What new flowers will I grow? Each seed sown has the promise of something beautiful. I imagine the wedding they could be a part of and the joy they may bring. Can't wait to get started!!!

The last wreath!!! My hands maybe sore but my heart is full.
This has been my busiest Christmas season do far. So I want to say a big thank you for all of your orders.
Next I'll be making table arrangements and some seasonal foliage bunches. If you are interested in ordering some get in touch.
I loved everything about these flowers π
What started out as tiny seeds being sown in my potting shed or dahlia tubers and bare root roses being potted in hope of something magical. In the end it all came together beautifully.
On the rainy, cold days I sometimes think what a crazy job I have but then I get to walk around my little flower farm when all the hard work has paid off and think I'm very lucky indeed.
So much beautiful flowers being cut at the moment. The weather is behaving for now, which makes me a happy little flower grower ( harvesting in the rain is no fun ).
Bunches available from @_nomadcoffee tomorrow morning or order direct from me to get yourself some amazing flowers.

My cutting area is looking magical at the moment. It may be small scale but it packs a punch.
There is a lot of work involved in growing flowers. Sowing, weeding, digging, watering, cutting, arranging, selling, marketing (that's a lot of 'ings' and there are plenty more I'm sure).
But just sitting amongst the flowers that I have grown from seed, to see their beauty, to smell their scent makes all the work so worthwhile.
I'm so happy that my flowers bring joy to so many others, be that a bride receiving her wedding bouquet or a special gift bouquet sent from a friend, but firstly they bring me joy.

Yesterday's bouquet was full of summer. Mostly green and white with one amazing coral coloured rose that matched perfectly with the silk ribbon.
I loved it π

The weather may not be the best so bring the sunshine indoors π
I really loved this bunch that went out earlier today. Full of beautiful seasonal flowers grown 5 minutes away from were they were delivered.

For Lee-Anne and Neil π
These two got married yesterday at the magical Station House hotel. The weather mostly behaved and they got to have their ceremony outdoors in the most wonderful of spots.
I loved being part of this wedding. Lee-Anne has such an eye for detail and it all came together beautifully.
All the flowers were grown in Ireland either by myself or by Gra Cut Flowers.
Congratulations to you both ###
