A lot of flower farming is planning for the future. Today I cut heaps of Lady's Mantle to dry and use when the Irish flower season has finished for the year.

This along with other dried flowers will be used to make wreaths, dried flower bunches and maybe even included in some wedding flowers.

I really loved how this one turned out. The scent from all of the roses was amazing. A few added sprigs of oregano just heightened it.

For the lovely Fern.

This wedding bouquet came to me already dried as the wedding was a few months ago and had been left to dry out naturally. We decided to make a wreath with it and use the ribbon from the bouquet to finish it off.

I really love how it turned out. A great way to keep your bouquet forever.

Homegrown ingredients include tulips, anemones, euphorbia, heather, lilac, willow, etc, with a few bought im roses and chrysanthemums. All made on a moss base.

Long stemed, locally grown, chemical free. But mostly because they are gorgeous.

Bunches available €20 per bunch (about 15 stems)

Still no power or water here at Lakeview Flowers but I suppose the show must go on. Thankfully, we didn't have too much damage from the storm.

I'll be taking a small amount of orders for Valentines Day, so if you want to start hinting now that would be great 😉 of course, you can always just treat yourself.

I'll have 3 different sizes

€30 Classic
€50 Large
€70 Luxurious

As my own flowers are not available yet these will be a mix of bought in flowers and my own home grown foliage.
