What an incredible first summer Páirc Uí Chaoimh

It began with Ed Sheeran in April, followed by Elton John in July and last weekend was the grand finale to our concert season with Westlife

We just wanted to say thank you so much to all of our suppliers, partners and especially, to our dedicated staff who have worked so hard these last few months to make each concert, match and event a success.

Thank you all so much, we couldn't have done any of these concerts without each and everyone of you

Some of you may already know Gavin as he has been part of the Brook Family for 3 years. He has recently progressed from his role as head chef to Development Chef, supporting our restaurants across Munster.

We just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Anthony Savage who is leaving us after 11 years in the business. Anthony has been a staple part of Brook Foods since the early days and has helped shape it in many ways to become the successful company it is today.

We would like to say a huge thank you for all of his hard work, dedication and the support he has shown us throughout the years, I’m sure you will agree he will be sorely missed.

He is moving on to pastures new and we wish him all the best in his new career!

Tonight should be the Cork Chamber - Faces of Cork Business annual dinner, an event we have been lucky enough to cater for the last few years. Last years event really focused on Sustainability and supporting our local producers. Here are some pictures from last years event. Chamber President Paula Cogan and our Managing Director Kieran Callinan met with some of the producers for the event, Griffins Potatoes and Niall O'Mahony Beef Farmer. We also had the help of NationalEvent Hire, To Have & To Hold, The Raven Bar Electric as well as our own brilliant team working ahead of the event and on the night.

Introducing the lovely ladies from The Busy Botanist! We will be stocking their teas in our restaurants throughout Mindful Month.

Hard to believe it's already been a week since the Rose Ball. It truly was a night to remember! Be sure to watch to the end! Our night was topped off with a celebratory cake for our Head Chef of the event, Greg, who is currently in sunny Italy preparing for his wedding day tomorrow. Congratulations Greg, hope you all have a fantastic weekend.

2 days to go until we serve the 1500 guests at @roseoftraleeinternationalfestival Ball in the Dome.

We are so excited to be working with The Busy Botanist Ltd You will start seeing more of them throughout our restaurants over the coming months, but for today all of the employees at Abtran can enjoy free samples of the product this morning in the Model Farm Road and this afternoon in Blackrock
