* Mobile/Delivery Caterers

This will be private event catering company, independently owned and operated businesses. The Di**le Food Company is proud to be a local, family-owned and operated, full-service event catering company. Private caterers are often hired for business and personal anniversaries, birthday parties, wedding receptions, business holiday events. Di**le Food Company will be responsible for aspects of the event planning. This most often includes (but is not limited to) menu design and preparation, cuisine creation and presentation. and much more. We aim to satisfy all the senses — sight, sound, touch, taste, smell. Continuity is key to create the perfect ambience.

• Forget taking and placing orders. Your personal chef at Di**le Food Company will design exciting menus around your company, taking into account dietary and taste needs. Simply tell us how many people you want to feed over how many days and we will deliver to your business. Mind blowing flavours without any hassle. Food is our passion, and experimenting with new flavours, new ingredients and new recipes ignites our passion even more. Love food from “pier to platter”. Our passion is food and our mission is to teach the true taste of fresh local produce.

Delighted to have the opportunity to chat with some amazing students about my story, my journey and my business to date 🥰 thanks again for the invitation 💕

We are so fortunate to be surrounded by amazing successful businesses and people. Caroline Danaher owns and runs The Di**le Food Company. She spoke to our students about her journey through life and how she became the successful owner of her own company . She broke down her career path and using a slide show presentation and short videos gave an insight into this industry. Within minutes, her passion and love for food and how it makes others feel was apparent.
Caroline also spent time, which tied in nicely with wellbeing week, giving great tips and advice to students about their own wellbeing. Feedback from students included; doing something you have a love for, it starts within ❤️ , hardwork, setting goals for yourself, highlight your strengths, know your limitations and be aware of them, give yourself feedback, changing negative words to more positive words eg NO = Next Opportunity!!!
Caroline also spoke about the feedback you should get from doing something you love. She loves making days for clients, that may be happy or unhappy occasions, memorable and easier for them through the food she prepares. She spoke about the volunteer work she does and the importance of ‘giving back to the community’. A very uplifting, motivational and positive hour was had by both students and some teachers. Caroline also donated a €50 voucher for her company to a student. Éanna Murray was the lucky winner.
