This Thanksgiving, I’m reflecting on all the things I’m truly grateful for.

I’m incredibly thankful for the honour of marrying couples from all over the world right here in beautiful Ireland. It’s a privilege to share in their love stories and to be entrusted with such an important moment in their lives.

I’m grateful for the trust they place in me, for the personal stories and details they share that make every ceremony so special and unique.

And, of course, I’m deeply thankful for the support of my wonderful family and close friends, who remind me every day of the power of love and connection.

If you're planning your dream wedding in Ireland or Northern Ireland, this is your friendly reminder to get your legal paperwork in order ASAP! Without the proper documents, you cannot have a legally binding marriage, so don’t leave this to the last minute!

Here’s what you need to know:
📜 In Ireland (HSE):

Your paperwork must be submitted at least 3 months before your wedding date.

Book your appointment with the HSE today to avoid delays!

📜 In Northern Ireland (GRO):

Your documents must be submitted 28 working days in advance.

Don’t forget to factor in weekends and holidays!

On your wedding day, these documents are signed by me as your celebrant, making your marriage officially legal and solemnised. 🖊️💒

Make sure you tick this off your to-do list so you can enjoy a stress-free lead-up to your big day!

Happiest of Anniversaries to and 🍾 This handsome duo sure know how to party and their wedding images by really captured the essence of their day.

Niall and John's ceremony was enhanced by the most amazing music from their friends, Donal and Michael. It literally left me with goosebumps.

Every time I hear "Defying Gravity," I think of this wedding day. I have yet to see Wicked in the West End or Broadway, but it is definitely on the bucket list.

Isn't it strange how the universe works. I hadn't seen the stunning .brown89 since I married her this day last year, as days go.

Today I bumped into her in my local pharmacy and we had a quick chat. As ever she is beautiful and lovely inside and out.

They got married surrounded by family and friends last year in the beautiful Markree Castle in Sligo.

On a weekend where they always celebrate their middle sons birthday, who incidently is 18 this weekend. I want to wish my gorgeous friend Sarah Jane Kelly and her lovely husband Steve a Happy Wedding Anniversary.

She was a stunning stunning bride and is a fabulous friend 🧡

This time, 21 years ago, we were in Central Lane beauty getting ready for their big moment at 1pm in Bundoran Church. It was an amazing weekend back then and 21 years in it has been a joy and privilege to watch them grow steady and strong throughout the years. To see them raise an amazing family and to always be a huge part of their lives as they are of ours.

Countless celebrations, communions, birthdays and all the s**t things life throws at us, too.

One of the most amazing weddings of the Summer took place on a beautiful beach in Co. Donegal.
We were really blessed with the weather, believe it or not. and tied the knot with very close family and friends ❤️

Their two little boys stole the show and there was so much love around us all day as we moved towards for signing of the legal documents. Myself and photographer extraordinaire had the most amazing feast of seafood to wrap up an incredible day.

Angela and Gerald closed out their ceremony yesterday with a sand ceremony. Hugely fitting as we were gathered in the Blue Haven in Kilcar with incredible views of the Atlantic.

Scotland and Ireland gathered for their big day full of love and it was no mistake that they chose the green and gold of Donegal for their sand. I loved it, but then again I love D O N E G A L too. 💚💛💚💛

The two people who showed and taught me what it is to be loved and how to love were 51 years married today. To watch them fall more in love every day is really inspiring. Yes, like everyone, they have their small tiffs and disagreements, but it's the way they respect, support, care and love each other that is truly admirable.

This first summer selfie with K & A is possibly one of my favourites this year. These two kids were so invested in their parents' wedding day. It was an absolute joy to witness it. From meeting them in their home to the big day, they knew me and I felt they trusted me, which is very important.

K sang her Mammy up the aisle with the sweetest version of "Feels like Home" she was outstanding and was joined by her parents at the top of the aisle.

A wrote amazing words in a poem about his parents and although emotional, he was super and braved through to the end. and Paul must be so proud of these two and the littler ones who were also so good as they all created their keepsake family sand ceremony.

Definitely up there with my most memorable days at work. Torrential rain didn't even get a look in. We waited patiently and the sun shone even brighter for this fabulous family.

Ps. IOFA could never use that on Paul in pic 2 ...she loves him way too much ... but what a photo 📸
