They will come fully cooked and will just require to be reheated on the day with step by step instructions to make your Christmas Day as stress free as possible

Meet the Maker- Wild Catering Company

There will be a good variety of food on offer at Burrenbeo Trust Winterage walk and Burren Food Fayre this coming Sunday. 29th October. Wild Catering Company will be on site with their freshly cooked food to go!

Work up your appetite and savour some of the delicious fresh cooked food on the menu, with breakfast baps. gourmet sausages and caramelized onions and burgers using locally sourced Burrenbeef!

From the cafe you can expect a great selection of our sweet and savory bakes
Sandwiches made with bread from the amazing Hazelwood Bakery filled with other local produce from the likes of The Clare Jam Company Aillwee Cave
Salads using St. Tola Irish Goat Cheese & Burren Smokehouse

From the BBQ we will have Market House Ennistymon burgers and pork belly
Oysters from Flaggy Shore Oysters
And lobster caught under the cliffs of Moher

Winter Nights Are Back! 💫

We are very excited to be running our Winter Nights at the Cave again this year. However, we are doing things a little different.

They will take place on Saturday Nights, with two sittings each evening - 6.30pm and 8.30pm. It is €65 per person for a 3-course meal. There will be 3 options in each course.

Bookings are through reservation request only and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from a member of or team.
