If you have been out in Drogheda, you attended the St. Patrick's day parade or you were at the last Music at the Gate event in June, you will remember this group. Give the Dabilla page some love. Today we heard the sad news of the passing of our good friend Cianán Mac Reamoin. When we were starting off, he was one of the first there and one of the last to leave. From that very first day, he was there putting out chairs, singing songs and generally being in the middle of making everything work. Cianán had the most remarkable experiences and stories to tell. He will be dearly missed by the music community in Drogheda. We will also miss him bringing his beautiful big dogs to many important ocasions in the town. Our thought's are with his daughter and family.

Remember this duo at Laurence's gate? Watch out for them. Later at the Smugglers rest in Clogherhead. It's been a great summer for Dabilla. Special guests at the gig rig at the Fleadh performing for tens of thoughsands of people, performing at the fiddlers green festival in Ross trevor and making great progress with our next album.

It's a lovely evening for some music, food and some great company. See you at the Smugglers Rest in Clogherhead at 6pm

This day last week. Drogheda was electric with everything going no for the Boyne Mid Summer festival. Oh, and was back too. Here is one of performing groups. They sang three songs and we enjoyed every minute.
