I get about 10 enquiries a week for my services, after each enquiry I get asked "is that the best price?"
Let me break it down.....
Speakers subwoofer/amp and stands €1000
Laptop €1000
Lighting €250
Cables €150
Mixer €500
Microphones €200
Music subscriptions/insurance €50 PM
Travel to and from €25 to €50
Then my time to prepare for gigs and time at the gigs.
I'm basically taking €3000 worth of equipment to a gig to supply entertainment and some people ask me to do it for less, its not happening! I get that anyone can turn up with a laptop, stick on a Spotify playlist and off ya go! If that's what you want crack on, that's not what I do.
I've seen a lot of businesses posting things like this, if you want quality you have to pay a bit more. I'm not that expensive in the grand scheme of things. 😊😀😁
