Sprinkles lost his brother 3 years ago, and then a few months later Paul came home with Loki, Henry , and Marble. Poor Sprinky just descended into depression, he wouldn't leave my bedroom (we actually had to put the litter box in there), he was just so sad. He missed Pumpkin and the others were a bit too much for him.

It took him about a year before he'd leave the bedroom during the day, and another year to come downstairs again. Then he would sit at the door of the living room but not come in.

Now he is just so happy, he hangs out with Marble, he comes downstairs, he even goes outside. Just goes to show how deep the feelings of these little creatures go and how much they actually do miss the ones they love. Seeing him come in here on his own, snuggling with Marble, playing with Henry, and roaming about the house is such a joy. I was worried he'd never get back to being happy again.

Anyway, Sprinkles, my older gentleman cat is finally back to normal again and it makes me so happy to see him just comfortable in his environment again finally ❤️❤️❤️

Tooth started hopping last night nearly two weeks after a root canal so I just can't do it I'm afraid. I'm really pi**ed off because this has been in my calendar for months, but nothing I can do for now other than try get to the dentist asap
