BIG NEWS!
We have received the go-ahead to allow participants from 12 years and up on our 27KM route (accompanied by an adult on the course) as you run, cycle and kayak across Ireland's Ancient East.

Alternatively, those of you looking for a real challenge, should sign up to the 47KM race which is definitely not child's play!

Our start/finish line will be from the grounds of Russborough House and Park which boasts a fantastic adventure centre CP Adventure , huge maze, awesome playground and even a Birds of Prey Sanctuary. Not to mention a delicious cafe with plenty of sweet treats!

So, whether the family come out to support or race with you, there is plenty for them to do at Splash N Dash. Book now.
