Well there isn’t a dry eye in Myrtle Ivory today.
The boutique is officially closed after 12 years at the top ✨💫

Myrtle Ivory was dreamt up by two sisters, Marina & Suzanne who wanted to bring something special to brides in Ireland. Meghann joined the Myrtle Dream and the rest is history as they say.

A family business who thrived on making sure every bride felt part of our family. Family is of course so special to us all.

We are extremely proud of the customer service we have provided. We have loved watching our Myrtle Tribe find their dress. In this time of empowering women, we watched it unfold. We saw how finding that right dress, made our brides feel empowered, their most beautiful, their most fierce, their best self.. it’s been empowering to watch.

We wanted to thank YOU again from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of our lives these past 12 years. For dreaming with us and growing our small business into a number One. One, we are immensely proud of. One, we will never forget.
One we shall toast a glass of fizz to tonight, in all your honor. Raise a toast with us!

Dear Meghann & Marina,

I read your post yesterday telling us all that you will be closing at the end of the Summer… and I wanted to drop you a line.

Please accept our gratitude for the wonderful donations you have given to Barnardos in the past as they really do make a massive difference to what we can offer our brides on a budget who come to visit us in our Bridal Rooms and in turn raise much needed funds for the work of Barnardos in Ireland .

I know that Meghann is heading off to exciting pastures new and Marina is taking a well-earned rest no doubt but your beautiful shop will be missed.

Dear All;



On this Sunny Saturday we wish to announce Myrtle Ivory's retirement.

Myrtle Ivory is closing, July 31st 2019.



It has not been an easy decision. We have truly loved being part of each and every one of our bride’s wedding journey.



To give you some insight,

Meghann who has worked with Myrtle Ivory these past 12 years and helped build the Myrtle brand, is venturing into a new career path.



Marina whom has worked over 35 years in the bridal market, has decided to hang up her bridal shoes and retire.

We as a family are so proud of all she has achieved, and the incredible work & dedication she has given to Myrtle Ivory.





We wanted to take this opportunity to thank all our beautiful brides. For supporting a small Irish family run business and for being part of our Myrtle Magic. The outpouring of messages has been phenomenal and a true testament to the company we have built.



We wish to advise that all our clients have been made aware of our decision and each and every bride will have their gown, plans are in place for relocation for fittings post July 31st 2019 closure.



It is with a heavy heart that we leave this wedding world but we will be hosting our last hurrah! From Monday 24th of June- July 31st we will be selling off our incredible designs in the boutique with massive discounts available. We want our beloved gowns to go to good homes! So brides to be, if you’re looking for a designer wedding gown without the designer price tag - we have you covered!

It will be by appointment Monday-Friday and No appointment necessary Saturday/Sunday.

Cash/ credit or debit card acceptable. No Cheques.

All gowns must go before July 31st 2019.



If you have been in to us of recent and loved a particular gown- why not get in touch, the sample is now available to purchase.



All good things must come to an end.
