A huge congratulations to our wonderful Helen McGrath on her glowing review in the Irish Independent for her performance in A Christmas Visit. 🔥

"She is obviously the practical one of the family, extremely well drawn as a contrast to the increasingly quivering reminiscence that has encased the stage before her arrival on the scene...Helen McGrath is impressive as the intruding Róisín who brings things to a close, literally and figuratively."

A massive congratulations to our wonderful Julie Sharkey who will be directing The Cripple of Inishmaan, an uproarious black comedy by Martin McDonagh, brought to life by The Ballaghaderreen Players.

Set on the remote island of Inishmaan in 1934, this brilliant comic masterpiece tells the story of Cripple Billy, whose dream of escaping the monotony of island life leads him to pursue a role in a Hollywood film being made on a neighbouring island.

The Cripple of Inishmaan will be performed at the Roscommon Arts Centre on Friday 13th & Saturday 14th of December - you can grab your tickets below:
