Never a dull day in office catering 😁

This week, when a client cancelled their food order on the day, our team in Dublin lept into action. Rather than giving up and throwing it all away, our team contacted OLIO - Share More, Waste Less to help save the food by sharing it with the community 🧡

Radek, Events and Operation Manager, commented, "𝙒𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙. 𝙒𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙩" 💥

Last year our executive chef Sinead headed to London to meet our UK team.

This busy trip gave her a ton of insight into how Fooditude got started and what we’re all about (good food, sustainability and putting smiles on faces). She also got stuck in with our chefs and found her feet in our huge central production kitchen - learning a bunch of new recipes and the logistics of how we serve our clients.

Now she’s hard at work implementing it all for us in Dublin! 🙌🏽💯

Our food ethos, in a nutshell:

1. Keep it simple.
We cook our food from scratch using fresh seasonal ingredients, never processed foods. This means we cut down on waste.

2. Enjoy eating.
A balanced diet is healthy. Some days it’s good to eat a salad. Others, you might need a treat! Just keep it sustainably sourced.

3. Never stop learning.
We love helping our chefs develop their skills, and we’re always on the lookout for new food ideas.
