These are the core pillars that make up BILD, but for World Mental Health Day today, we’d like to take a moment to focus on ‘Lead’.

It’s no secret that men are statistically at a higher risk of su***de. We work in a heavily male-dominated industry, and acting “like a man” can often stop us from saying how we’re really feeling.

If a friend seems distant, if they haven’t been the same lately or if you’ve noticed a decline in mood, today is the day to reach out and ask: How are you actually doing? Because it’s better to have an uncomfortable chat now than regretting what you could have done later.
