3 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD STOP DANCING! ⬇️
Well first of all, we all know that I can only list out reasons why you SHOULD keep dancing 💃🏽⬇️😂
1. Great for your health in general. Dance is not just a sport, it’s a way of life. It literally takes your mood from zero to 100. Any movement is good movement so whether you’re starting out or you’ve been dancing for a while then dance is the best way to improve your health. 💃🏽
2. You get to connect with other dancers, the amount of connections we’ve seen within our communities is insane. The fact that you can create a life long connection while doing what you love is literally the best thing ever. Come and see for yourself
3. You become a better version of yourself. I think the biggest thing is also being able to work on yourself and seeing where you can improve, dance journeys are like personal projects. Some of our students set goals on where they’d like to see themselves in x amount of months and I think it’s such a fun idea of seeing how far you can improve.
Dance is what you make it. It’s important to keep doing what moves you! 💛

So this week we started our new classes! ⬇️
We now have an Afro-Steps class on Tuesdays, this is where we focus on practising each steps, understanding each groove and technique of the step. This class is in prep of this choreography class.
On Wednesdays we use the steps we’ve learnt into a short choreography that our students can take home and practice with.🔥
