We are based in dublin and believe in using the best quality ingredients possible and producing good fresh simple food. All our meat is locally sourced as are as many of the vegetables as possible. Apple Smoked Pulled Pork – Slow Smoked Pulled Pork served on a toasted Ciabatta with Beetroot and Apple Slaw, Rocket, Red Onion and Mustard Mayo

Every tuesday located the Stillorgan LUAS Station from 11.30am - 2pm

Every wednesday behind the convention center at spencer dock from 12 - 2. Every thursday at mespil road on the grand canal from 12 - 2

Every thursday at Merrion Square Market 12 - 2

Every friday 11.30am to 2.00pm, the market is located on the banks of the Grand Canal at the junction of Northumberland Road and Percy Place, Dublin 4. and
Sandyford at at the junction of Carmanhall Road & Ravens Rock Road in Sandyford industrial estate from 12 - 2

We are also available for events and perties etc. We can provide food off our summer menu, our winter menu or if you would like something different, dont hesitate to ask as we can cater for all needs!

Interacting with customers on personal level, serving speciality coffee to our spec, managing and cleaning coffee machine and training new baristas. Creating a positive working environment for both the team and customers. Set-up and clean down each day with a very small amount of driving of a food truck (500m per day inside a park)

Would suit someone with an appreciation for the outdoors as well as coffee and customer service. Proficient driving skills necessary.

Lots of potential for other positions in the future.

Using loads of local, Irish and organic ingredients, we are located just behind the pub on the lane from the Carpark to the beach. Come get some!!
