So bit of a tough announcement. As of tomorrow Saturday ive to close the doors of Abners, it is the end of an era .
Putting off telling people as i dont want any one sorry for me as I am looking forward to new times ahead, plans and exiting things to come .
Like many businesses rising rent rates and expenses have made us unsustainable.
Huge thanks to all our customers over the years , the musicians who made a little barbershop iconic in the music scene in Ireland , friends and family and of course staff who have helped along the way , its not the end of the book its just another chapter .

Look at the youth of us. This was us in the very beginning. Baby faces 😀 This gig was in Abner Browns Barbershop at the beginning of its very interesting musical adventure. It was with our first bassist, Alan H and pre Rory, pre TJ and pre Jari. Yes, we have had 4 bassist since but the 3 core members have stayed solid for what is coming into the 12th year this April.
