Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our catering team for events throughout Ireland. As part of the Farm Hog Roast team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and service while traveling to some of the most exciting events in the country.

Responsibilities:

Travel & Flexibility: Travel to different locations across Ireland, often to music festivals, food events, and more.

• Event Catering: Assist in preparing and serving high-quality hog roasts and other food items at events.

• Teamwork: Work closely with a fun, tight-knit team to ensure the smooth operation of food stalls and deliver excellent customer service.

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Help set up and dismantle the catering stall and equipment at various event locations.

• Food Safety: Ensure hygiene standards are maintained, and all food is cooked and stored properly.

• Cooking & Grilling: Take charge of grilling and cooking (training will be provided if needed).

• Customer Interaction: Engage with festival-goers and event attendees, ensuring they have a fantastic experience while enjoying our food.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Food & Events: A love for food and events, with a strong desire to contribute to a fun and exciting atmosphere.

• Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude—our team is everything!

• Responsibility & Independence: While having fun is a priority, we need responsible individuals who can handle the demands of working at high-energy events.

• Flexible & Adventurous: You’re comfortable with traveling around Ireland and adapting to changing schedules and event environments.

• Experience: Previous catering or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!

Hours : 15-40 hours weekly (flexible)

Full Job Description:
Warehouse Operative Hours:
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
• Ensure equipment is regularly maintained and cleaned
• Clean and sanitize equipment as required
• Ensure warehouse facilities are kept organized and well-maintained

On-Site Hours:
• Tow trailers to and from event locations (trailer license required)

Or
• Drive to event site locations (liscence required)
• Unload equipment and materials at the event site
• Set up stalls and equipment for events
• Connect and manage electrical equipment for the event
• Pick up and unload deliveries as needed

Event Hours:
• Cook and manage grill operations on-site
• Supervise the stall and staff during events
• Maintain awareness of potential hazards and ensure fire safety protocols are followed
• Keep track of stock levels and manage inventory during events

Qualifications:
**Full Driving liscence (required)**
- Trailer liscence (preferred)

- Safe pass/ manual handling cert (preferred)
- HACCAP cert (preferred)
