Tis the season and we have just had our final tasting for our Christmas menu and will be catering for over 4000 people with this menu in the coming weeks across our venues in Dublin 😊

Starter

Five-mile Town goat’s cheese, shiraz beetroot, herbed baby leaves, sumac roasted squash, pickled fennel, crispy quinoa, balsamic dressing

Main course

Roast turkey breast, honey glazed ham, traditional stuffing, caramelised shallot mash, tarragon butter glazed vegetables, thyme gravy

Dessert

Cranberry and orange cheesecake, Jameson caramel sauce, mulled winter berry compote, confit orange
