Fascia activation to awaken the body.
Bodybeing techniques that enhance interoception.
Interactive games that activate the nervous system, promoting both flow and intelligent response to stimuli.
Exploration of flowing animal movements and rolling techniques.
Guided breathwork to promote relaxation and self-awareness.
Expert Facilitators:
The workshop will be led by two renowned experts in their respective fields:
Younis Fakhfakh: Ireland's exclusive instructor in Peter Ralston's Bodybeing work, with a wealth of experience.
Saralee Cassidy: Ireland's specialist in Seiki, a profound Japanese feeling perception technique, bringing over 30 years of expertise.
Additional Experience:
The day will also include a unique Matcha experience, allowing participants to explore Japanese plant medicine and attuned connection and relational practices for effective self-regulation.
