😎Love brings out the August sun 😎

In the gorgeous Glen Of Aherlow with spectacular views of the Galtee Mountains as the backdrop to their ceremony - Sarah and Shane joined hands and hearts before family and friends.

The sun melted the clouds as Sarah made her entrance on her father’s arm to the strains of the beautiful Munster Strings Quartet….. and it was simply magical!

We had tears and laughter and heartfelt vows and so many magical moments as these two lovebirds tied the knot….

💕Baby Naming Ceremony💕

Beautiful baby Florence had her naming ceremony earlier this month in The Bayview Hotel in Ballycotton!

What a wonderful way to introduce her to her family circle! It was a very special occasion indeed as four generations of Florence’s family came together to welcome her into the family….

Among those present were her great-grandad, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and close family friends.

Needless to say, the adored and adorable Florence took it all in her stride!!!

❤️ Oh là là!! French chic and festival vibes and a bi-lingual ceremony ❤️

Karo and Nico did it their way, arriving together in their beloved VW camper van named Ernie to cheers and applause from their family and friends….

Just as we gathered to wait their arrival, the skies opened and it bucketed down.

And then just like that, the rain stopped and someone in the crowd spotted Ernie being driven over the bridge towards The Angler’s…..

Everyone cheered and waved and clapped as Ernie was slowly driven right down to the river’s edge and came to a stop right beside us.

Nico jumped out and came around in true French fashion he ever so gallantly helped his bride alight….

The sun came out, the setting was glorious and Karo and Nico stepped forward towards their happy-ever-after…. ❤️❤️

I am a fluent French speaker and switched from English to French throughout the ceremony - much to the delight and appreciation of the French guests…..

This is the magnificent Stone Room in Ballyseede Castle all set up for this afternoon’s wedding ceremony!

My couple had initially hoped for an outdoor wedding but they could not have been happier with the indoor location.

Candles lighting, sound checked and ceremony table laid out in readiness, there is an air of excitement and a happy buzz as the ceremony is about to begin!!

❤️Brandon House Hotel, New Ross ❤️

Chris and Theresa tied the knot in a love-filled and joyful ceremony at the Brandon House Hotel in New Ross on Saturday!

The sudden cloudbursts of torrential rain failed to dampen the love and joy for this pair - we just moved the ceremony indoors and carried on!!

This lovely couple exchanged rings, said their vows and signed the legal declarations in front of 120 guests.

The final element of their beautifully heartfelt ceremony was a tradional handfasting ritual. Chris’s Dad and Theresa’s Mom came forward and draped the ribbons over their joined hands and we tied the knot to cheers and laughter from the delighted guests!!

Congratulations Chris and Theresa, I wish you every happiness and many adventures in your married life! ❤️❤️

❤️❤️Fabulous Festival Vibe in Mountain View, Co Kilkenny ❤️❤️

The relaxed and stylish festival vibe for Jenny and Marc’s wedding yesterday was pure perfection…..

The outdoor ceremony space is adjacent to the main house and offers easy access to the glamping site.

I like to arrive early to ensure the smooth running of the wedding ceremony and keep the groom calm and relaxed……..

There was no need for that yesterday. Marc had everything in hand as he arrived with their 3 excited little boys and took them to explore their teepee….

Once the boys had made friends with the wedding nanny we got to check out the sound for the vows and look over the papers in the green folder….

It was stunning June wedding ceremony on the lawn of Drumquinna Manor, Kenmare…..

I was thrilled to officiate this truly special ceremony for Emma and Silvo yesterday…..

Emma from Cork, and Silvo from Slovakia travelled all the way from Sydney to tie the knot among family and friends who gathered in the shade in this magnificent setting to witness and support them as they became husband and wife.

We had spoken and planned the ceremony over zoom calls and e-mails during the past 9 months. So it was so exciting to finally meet in person and experience the ceremony we had created together unfold as it did!

According to the old wives tales, if you marry in June you will be blessed with a lifetime of happiness and prosperity.

WEDDING FAIR AT ROCHESTOWN PARK HOTEL…….

Great set-up space in the beautiful reception and atrium area of the Rochestown Park Hotel for their Wedding Fair event yesterday evening……

I got to meet such a variety of warm and enthusiastic vendors with expertise, talent and services to enhance the wedding-day experience of couples planning to get married in 2024, 2025 and beyond….

From 5pm onwards there was a buzz of excitement as couples and family groups came along and chatted and gathered information, ideas and contacts at each table.

The hotel team were on hand to direct folks to where they wanted to go, and showcase the spaces and set-up the hotel offers to cater for every individual wedding.

It’s a great advantage to be able to have your entire day unfold at a single venue - accommodation and parking for all your guests and the ceremony and reception and day 2 all beautifully catered for in a gorgeous location like the Rochestown Park.

❤️❤️Elopement Wedding in 5-star Glenlo Abbey ❤️❤️

The ceremony space in Glenlo Abbey was absolutely perfect for Val and Brian’s “dream-come-true” elopement wedding in Ireland …….

They came to Ireland from Illinois to legally marry in this beautiful and intimate ceremony which we had planned together over zoom calls and e-mails……

It was witnessed online by Val’s parents in sunny California. They were virtually present throughout thanks to the wonders of modern technology….

There in person were Brian’s parents Barbara and Tom who made the detour from a long-planned trip to Switzerland to be the legal witnesses to Val and Brian’s marriage.

This is one of many special moments from the day. Both sets of parents and the groom himself ready themselves for the bride’s entrance…..

Arriving in the beautiful Glenlo Abbey just outside Galway last week to meet my Illinois elopement couple Val and Brian on the evening before their wedding…..

🌹Bespoke Sea Glass Ritual 🌹

Last week I included a beautiful sea glass ritual in Dianne & Rob’s wedding ceremony.

During our initial phone-call Dianne told me that she and Rob collected sea glass.

When she showed me their beautiful collection, I knew that we could create a beautiful and meaningful ritual to incorporate these pieces into the ceremony.

On the day, 14 of their immediate family members and closest friends came forward and chose a piece of sea glass to warm in their hands as they spoke their unique wish or blessing for Dianne and Rob on their wedding day.

It was incredibly moving to witness all 9 of Dianne’s grandchildren step forward and say their special wishes Grandmother and her Groom and express their love and support to them both. ❤️

The final blessing was from special guest Barbara, who had actually been present many years ago at Rob’s birth…. ❤️

Dianne and Rob will place the container in a special place in their home as a visual reminder of the love and support of their beloved family and friends. ❤️❤️
