We always seek out the most natural ingredients and foodstuffs to use for our catering. We are enjoying using this gorgeous first press olive oil which comes to us from Martin and Maggie who farm, according to Nature's way, in the mountains of southern Catalonia. Their interesting story (and many wonderful photos) can be seen on www.mothersgarden.org
