Promises to be a great weekend with the weather and music and a small matter of the Leinster and Munster hurling finals plus a small tournament nobody is bothered about😁😁 being held in Mother Russia,All being shown live at the festival

After a busy week we had another event today , corporate family day in the superb Claregalway Castle grounds.
12 hour slow cooked braised beef , Lobster,crab & tiger prawn salpicon. Cajun Pork belly in a brioche bun or in a rice bowl with Pico de gallo , homemade pickles , guacamole, corn salsa with mango & chilli dressing

Just some of the foods that were on the menu today. Healthy options and Vegetarians catered for also. Great event run by Keelan . Long may the weather last amd if it doeant last hopefully itll be good at the weekends😁😁. Enjoy the weekend and the weather folks , when we have the weather it is the best place in the world.

Another great weekend out and about with the Bullock at the Burren Slow Food Festival in Lissdoonvarna. After a hairy experience with a bus on Corkscrew on the way to lissdoon, I swore I wouldn't drive it again with the trailer but after some dodgy directions from a lady I call Mam, sure enough Davy and myself found ourselves looking out over Galway bay on Sunday evening staring down the gauntlet again 😁😁We even had a visit from a legend of a man from home and also 😁😁 .Thanks to all the customers and traders who I Met over the weekend, your support is much appreciated. Met some great traders with great food concepts and ideas to change the food scene in 'chipper vans' . Topped it all off in Pearse Stadium on Sunday night with a visit to .niceday

Just a few pictures from the weekend @ the Kiltulla and District Vintage Show Galway. Weather was 🔥🔥, turnout was great. Thanks to all who supported The Bullock from customers to family and anyone else that helped out in getting him up and running. Cheers for the hand for the day, was tough in the heat 😁😁.Hopefully see some of ye down in Lisdoonvarna this weekend 12th-13th May at The Burren Slow Food Festival . Brunch menu and Beef Brisket sandwich are just some of the things planned . Might even throw out a few drinks if the weather is good🍻🍻😁😁 @ Kiltulla, Galway, Ireland

After motorways and barely making the ferry , driving through the night in North Wales. To staying in a Fawlty Towers-esque hotel with a night porter that resembled Ted Bundy but had the manner of Manuel. About 20 mins sleep and back driving again for more motorway miles even passing Liverpool (missed a trick there, should of got a game in or at least a few snakey 🍻🍻) We had a choice of 5 trailers but as the old adage goes 'It was love(ish) at first sight(through hazy road weary eyes)' . With abit of work refurbishing The Bullock and a couple of trips to the Midlands to purchase a new fryer off one of the best characters Iv met in a long time. It was almost a case of Del Boy and Rodney. Branding is done cheers Athlone and after some Constructive ??😁😁 Name proposals we decided to go with The Hungry Bullock.
We cater for festivals , communions, confirmations, birthdays, wedding after parties, in house catering also, message or call for prices and info. So spread the word, cheers amigos

Loaded corn nachos Jalapenos, sour cream , The Hungry Bullocks own homemade Guacamole and salsa with vine tomatoes,coriander & lime. . We were goin to call them 'Nacho if I can finish them' .

Dirty Chilli Fries come loaded with a chilli ground beef , coriander, sour cream , jalapenos & cheese all loaded on top of skin on fries

Nachos and Chilli fries come served in biodegradable unbleached paper trays. Every little bit helps the environment 😁😁

Another burger for our market & festival menu. This was a homemade falafel burger with fresh coriander , Himalayan salt, cumin , ground coriander , fresh cracked black pepper. It was topped with caramelized onions in a brioche bun with a lemon hummus base.
