Eile Mental Activity Park offers customers the following activities:

E Combat: a combat simulation game where teams engage each other in a highly realistic but ultimately safe battlefield scenario, firing infra-red beams to simulate direct fire at ranges of up to 200m. The E Combat simulation is team based and players must use strategy and tactics to successfully complete missions. It is also sui

table for parties of children too young to play other combat sports such as Paintball and Airsoft. Games are marshalled and players wear protective clothing, helmets, goggles and armour to maximise realism while providing a safe playing environment. Archery: one of the oldest martial sports in the world and is also an Olympic sport. Archers shoot up to 36 arrows at regulated Olympic targets 9.15m away under instruction and supervision, in a safe and controlled environment. Disc Golf: flying disc game, in which, individual players throw a flying disc (Frisbee) at a target. The object of the game is to traverse a course from beginning to end in the fewest number of throws of the disc. The game is played in about 40 countries around the world. Eile Mental is proud to host Irelands first permanent Disc Golf course. Orienteering: a sport combining cross country running with map reading skills in a timed environment. Participants are grouped in teams, instructed in basic map reading skills, given locations of checkpoints and must complete the course either against rival teams or a clock.

So in the pipeline at the moment is splatball, this is a 'softer' version of paintball. Ideal for younger guns wanting a bit of excitement without the bruising!!!
Also coming soon Archery tag.... this is like dodgeball but with a bow and arrows. Great craic for young and old!!
