Next Tuesday 3rd of September is a day full of trial classes with . This is especially geared to my 7:30pm Pilates as due to popular demand by the boys this class is going to become an open mixed class so please come along and try if you have been apprehensive. Also trial classes for Knockavilla Fat Blast 6:10am and Cashel Fat Blast 7am. Message to book in. ❤️❤️

Well stocked for the bank holiday weekend.
Lots to choose from and cakes to bring if visiting over the weekend .
Won't be back stocking until Saturday August 24th so maybe put a few bits in the freezer in case you can't live without these homemade goodies for that long.
