Introducing Seán Mulligan, owner of Mulligan Injury Clinic based in Arklow co.Wicklow.

Sean currently runs his own clinic having established Mulligan Injury Clinic in 2022 and has seen it grow from strength to strength.

In addition, Seán currently hold the role of being the head athletic therapist at Wexford FC in the League of Ireland aswell as working as part of the medical team alongside Davey Fitzgerald with the Waterford Hurling Senior Team.

Seán boasts a wealth of experience to date having worked with Team Ireland in a number of sports, multiple local Soccer, GAA & Rugby team and most recently the FAI under 15 national football team.

Outside of his athletic therapist duties, Seán currently holds a role as a Regional Development Officer for Sport for Special Olympics Ireland so you can be sure that he will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the day that you don’t want to miss!

Introducing Co-Founder of , Tom Murphy!

Tom has played professional football since he was 15 spending time with clubs in the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland, having also represented Ireland at underage international level.

Through his sporting background, Tom found a passion in health and fitness and set up his own company TM1 Performance in order to help people with their health and fitness goals and to create a better lifestyle.

In addition to this Tom also has a degree in sports psychology and has worked with some of the leading youth athletes in their sports in Ireland.

Were delighted to announce Sam Vaughan from the UK as our latest Guest Speaker 🇬🇧

Sam has been a coach in the industry for nearly a decade, coaching men and women for sustainable weight loss, to increase their strength and discover what health and fitness means for them.

Sam fell into fitness because he was always the scrawny kid and after learning how much it helped build his own confidence, he decided to help other people do the same.

Through years of coaching he discovered it’s more than people just knowing the right information but also developing the right mindset to achieve their goals. Now with a mission to help people avoid the bu****it and quit “dieting” forever.

We’d like to announce Oisìn Mulligan as our newest guest speaker!

Oisìn used to be 130kg and has lost half of his body weight and maintained it for years through realising the key to losing body fat and keeping it off isn’t just from eating food.

Rather it’s from changing the self told story of “I’m fat”, “I’m lazy” or “I can’t stick to things”

With his no tolerance for bu****it approach when it comes to health and nutrition and with a Bsc in sports and exercise science, his aim is to try and make fat loss easy for everyone by approaching the topic with empathy & understanding and ultimately remove the never ending cycle of losing fat, only to just regain it.

We’re proud to announce our 2nd Guest Speaker for the Expo in April 🗣

Catriona’s specializes in physique development while also improving women’s relationship with food.

Catriona’s love for coaching came from a background of being a kickboxer and a Gaelic player and not having the understanding and most importantly the support to be taught that fueling yourself is the key to performance and physique development.

She has been in the industry for 2 years but in 2023 she coached close to 150 women all over the world.

She coaches a range of female athletes in sport, women focusing on physique development and women wanting to improve their relationship with food and get stronger.

In 2023 she focused on spreading this education and support around fueling correctly to perform and develop to not only women but men aswell and will continue to do so!

We are proud to showcase our 1st Exhibitor! 🐻‍❄️

BiPolarBear Wear is an Irish clothing company that is made up of a community artists who donate all profit to mental health services in Ireland. Founded in 2016, BPB have raised over €60,000 and most recently have liaised with .ie for the opening of a su***de prevention in BPB’s hometown Arklow.

BPB provide fresh threads for wobbly heads, all their T-shirts are 100% organic and are printed & packaged in Wicklow and Dublin.

The main goal of the company is to give back to the services that have kept the owner, his friends and many others alive during suicidal states.

The aim of BPB is to open more therapy centres and a creative arts therapy centre, including creative biological, psychological and social therapies.

All profits made on the day will be donated to mental health awareness & services 💚

We’re delighted to announce Conor Byrne as our 1st Guest Speaker at the Expo.

Conor’s background is in strength & conditioning from an athletic level to working alongside sport specific clients.

He owns a unique gym which runs a semi private structure allowing results based training for all clients.

“We are a strength based gym with lifters representing the Irish National Team in which they hold 2 National Records for deadlift and Masters Competition.”

In pursuit of perfecting the gym model, CBF has mentored and partnered with gyms from Wicklow, Waterford, Dublin, the UK and Australia!

Conor himself, is a nutritionist and in 2017 he published a nutrition book titled “Real Food, Real Results”
