‼️Before you leave home, check your equipment including your number, timing chip, pins, and final instructions ‼️

🚾Use the toilet before leaving home. This is important. Toilet facilities have been arranged for this year's event on Donegall Place but may not be able to cope with all competitors. There will not be additional toilets on the route.

🧥Please note there will be no bag drop facility available. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather. On a cold, wet day you can become very cold if you slow down or walk; a hat and gloves prevent heat loss and can be carried if not worn.

Here’s a quick reminder of race wave timings and pace estimations to help you self-select the best start time. ⏱️

⚠️ Arrive at least 30 minutes before your wave to give yourself time to get ready and attend the mandatory pre-wave briefing. Let's make sure everyone is prepped and safe for the big day!
