Life, Work, Covid, Grief……. It has been a whirlwind over the past few years. And for me I needed something to focus on that was just for me. I needed a space, a community, a break…. I needed a change. Covid highlighted how life was for living and to appreciate all the small things but when it all ended I went back to life as I know it and gave everything my all.

So back in September 2021, I started a journey (hence I have been a little absent over the past while). This was something I wanted to do for quite some time but put everything else before it but it was then time for me to focus on me !!

I have spent the past two years educating, learning, journalling, reflecting & digging deep into my own path in life. From Faith Paths to Tai Chi to Meditations to Ceremony Rituals to Breathing Techniques and more. There has been long evenings, lots of zooms, retreats, more zooms, supportive texts, emails, assignments, reading lots of reading. I have travelled by car, train, boat and plane and met some of the most wonderful people who held me and supported me when I was giving up and pushed me to keep going. It has been a rollercoaster but I am so glad to have completed this road and am ready to share to you all that I am now an Interfaith Minister with the One Spirit Interfaith Foundation.

This also means I am a Solemniser able to perform legal ceremonies for all my wedding couples.

It’s the beginning of a new journey with lots more to come ….

What a Fun Idea for a Guest Book …

Today we looked back at some of the memories 2020 has brought to us. We shared some of these in my stories For me, 2020 has made me learn not take things for granted. Asimple embrace, a hug, a cuppa tea with family, a night out with your friends, a trip to Penney’s for retail therapy, going out for a nice meal with a loved one or even something so simple as getting your hair done. For many of my couples it was the appreciation of the good aul Irish wedding, the craic and the banter that we would now love to have again and we will.
