Our last gig of the summer and potentially 2019. This will be an interesting one as over 20,000 people are expected to arrive in Piltown for the Iverk Show to take part in Irelands biggest agricultural show.
Lets hope they don’t arrive on with their ham sandwiches and soup flasks and are in the mood for some fine local cuisine. 😜

The Bird clearly mean't our own Bacon and Egg Bap with Ballymaloe was the best breakfast he had ever eaten.... Although the Green Yard Café is a close second! 🤤

Pig 'n' Bird cannot wait to be back in the Déise this Saturday at the Waterford Harbour Sailing Club "Surfs Up" event. The pair will be serving both, the Salt & Pepper Chicken Bap and Pork Bap fresh out of the 'Bap Mobile.' It promises to be a fantastic night with a whole host of fun and entertainment. Still some tickets available. 🐷🐔⛵️

In their spare time, the dynamic duo can be seen serving the hungry people of Ireland at local food, sporting and music events. There’s obviously no trust anymore between the Pig ‘n’ Bird when one questions the integrity of the other. Anyway thank you all for the likes and shares. The random number generator did actually select Hugh ShMelleher as the winner but after a careful consideration we decided to draw again. Congrats to as the worthy winner. I’ll send on the tickets this evening.

*** Competition Time *** for our loyal babes Pig 'n' Bird followers. Two tickets for the greatest event in Ireland this Friday in Herberts Park, Dublin. The Big Grill is Europes biggest BBQ and Craft Beer Festival and having attended each one since it began in 2014, I can honestly say it's one not too be missed. Anyways all you got to do is like our page, share this post and tag your big grillin buddy. Draw will take place Thursday evening and realistically we don't have too many followers so you're in with a fair chance. Here's a little photo of the Pig sitting down to the hot wings challenge, which he won by the way.

These two sure know how to host a party. Adrian celebrated his 60th in style last weekend at the seaside town of Kilkee Co Clare. The Pig ‘n’ Bird were delighted to serve up their signature baps along with a selection of homemade salads.

Unreal time down in Liscannor yesterday for Emma and Phil's Pre Wedding Party. Great crowd turned up to Egans where we served over 180 baps. You know it's good when you see them return for seconds. Thanks to all involved. Best of luck to Emma and Phil today.
